My Story

My journey as a collegiate athlete has been marked by challenges such as battling anxiety, dealing with injuries, dealing with transferring multiple times, and experiencing heartbreaking death of my childhood best friend. Through seeking help and support, I discovered that addressing my mental health not only improved my performance on field but also significantly enhanced my overall well-being. I am passionate about educating fellow athletes on the crucial connection between mental skills and physical performance, and I aim to create a stigma-free environment where we can all engage in meaningful conversations about mental health and develop the skills needed thrive in both sports and life.
