Elijah Green
Founder & CEO
Elijah Green is a former Division I football player at the University of North Carolina, Indiana University, Sam Houston State University, and a participant in the Philadelphia Eagles mini camp, he brings firsthand experience of the psychological demands of high-performance sport, including pressure, injury, and identity challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master’s degree in Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Elijah has served in multiple student-athlete leadership and nonprofit roles focused on athlete development, mental health, and community impact.

Tressy Jones
Treasurer
Tressy Jones is an accomplished accounting and financial operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in general accounting, escrow accounting, financial controls, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial systems, implementing operational efficiencies, and ensuring strong fiscal accountability. During her tenure at Assurant, Tressy designed and implemented financial control processes that enabled her business unit to successfully pass every client, internal, and external audit related to cash-equivalent handling over an eight-year period. She also oversaw the accurate disbursement of more than $7 billion annually to government entities, vendors, and buyers. Tressy currently serves as Controller for Corners Outreach, where she applies her extensive financial management and organizational expertise to support the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.

Chris Thompson
Secretary
Chris Thompson is the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services and Senior Woman Administrator at Sam Houston State University, where she oversees student-athlete welfare, eligibility, and comprehensive development programming. She has been part of the Sam Houston athletic department since 1981, serving in both coaching and administrative leadership roles. Since 1997, she has played a central role in guiding Sam Houston Athletics through significant competitive and institutional growth, including leadership over student-athlete affairs and transition programming for incoming athletes. At the national level, Thompson has served on the NCAA Division I Council and the NCAA Student-Athlete Experience Committee, contributing to policy and governance shaping the student-athlete experience across the country.

Paul Reid
Chief Strategy Officer
Paul Reid is a seasoned business executive with more than 30 years of experience leading global sales, product marketing, and business transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, driven significant revenue growth, and developed innovative strategies across sales, operations, engineering, and product management. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Paul serves as Chairman of the Board for Corners Outreach, a Georgia-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth through educational resources, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term success.
