Mental Performance Program
The Mind Over Muscle Foundation is dedicated to providing mental performance training and support for athletes. Our partner, Dr. Fanike-Kiara Olubaga Young, is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and licensed clinical social worker. Through her over 20 years of experience she is dedicated to build curriculum and research the best practices regarding addressing athlete mental health. Our goal through our mental performance training app and educational platform, is to partner with schools and universities to give athletes full access to our program where they will learn proactive mental skills to enhance their performance on and off their field of sport.
