Elijah Green is a former Division I football player at the University of North Carolina, Indiana University, Sam Houston State University, and a participant in the Philadelphia Eagles mini camp, he brings firsthand experience of the psychological demands of high-performance sport, including pressure, injury, and identity challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master’s degree in Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Elijah has served in multiple student-athlete leadership and nonprofit roles focused on athlete development, mental health, and community impact.

Renee Wynn is a seasoned executive, independent board director, and former Chief Information Officer with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, cybersecurity, risk management, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation. She held senior leadership positions at both NASA and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she led large-scale technology and operational initiatives within highly complex and regulated environments. Renee currently serves as an Independent Board Director for Axonius Federal Systems and advises organizations across cybersecurity, AI, data, supply chain risk, and digital transformation. She also serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, providing expertise in governance, strategic growth, risk oversight, and innovation.

Neema Uthappa is a global technology executive and Chief Information Officer with deep expertise in enterprise transformation, artificial intelligence strategy, and large-scale organizational leadership. Neema’s leadership foundation was established early in her career as one of the first three executive women officers in the Indian Navy, where she developed disciplined leadership, systems thinking, and mission-critical operational expertise. Her career includes senior leadership roles at American Express, McKesson Corporation, and McKinsey & Company, where she directed major digital transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data strategy, and enterprise-scale change management. Across these roles, she has led large, diverse global teams and driven measurable improvements in organizational performance, execution, and scalability.

Jerome Bettis is a Hall of Fame former NFL running back best known for his career with the Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams and the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he became one of the most respected power backs in professional football. A Super Bowl XL champion and Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, Bettis built his legacy on durability, leadership, and consistency at the highest level of competition. Beyond football, he has been active in community outreach and youth development initiatives through The Bus Stops Here Foundation, focusing on education, mentorship, and opportunities for underserved youth.

Geremy Wooten, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CNL, CCRN, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Clinical Nurse Leader for the Well Star Healthcare system with more than a decade of experience in healthcare. His clinical background includes critical care, trauma, oncology, and medical-surgical nursing, providing him with extensive experience supporting patients through complex physical and mental health challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University and his Master of Science in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of West Georgia. Geremy serves within the Wellstar Health System, where he focuses on care coordination, outcomes measurement, quality improvement, evidence-based practice implementation, and interdisciplinary healthcare leadership.

Alex Reiff is a senior executive leader with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and executive event platforms across the cybersecurity and technology industries. He is currently CEO of Cyber Executive Series, where he leads high-level forums connecting senior leaders, government stakeholders, and enterprise executives to address critical issues in security, leadership, and organizational resilience. Previously, he served as Vice President of the Cyber Security Summit USA and TECHEXPO Top Secret, where he led large-scale executive engagement initiatives and national industry events focused on leadership, talent development, and innovation. Alex is recognized for his leadership in building influential executive networks and driving strategic conversations across high-performance industries. He is also passionate about mental health and aligns with The Mind Over Muscle Foundation’s mission to strengthen leadership, resilience, and mental well-being in high-pressure environments.

Skip Spriggs is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TIAA, where he led global human resources strategy and workforce operations. Prior to TIAA, he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Management Team member at Boston Scientific. His executive leadership background includes senior roles at The Home Depot, Levi Strauss & Co., and CIGNA Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Diversity Officer, and President of the Cigna Foundation. He began his career in human resources at UPS. Skip has also served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, including ProSight Global, Washington Nationals Philanthropies, and advisory roles with Centurion Health and several academic institutions. He is a National Academy of Human Resources Fellow and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University.

Dr. Fanike-Kiara Olubaga Young is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health practice, therapy, and integrative wellness design. She specializes in behavioral health interventions, emotional wellness, and holistic approaches to mental health that integrate clinical insight with practical, real-world application. Her professional background spans clinical therapy, wellness program development, and the design of integrative mental health systems that support both individual and community well-being.
